I came across Ste in march 2024. when I first booked on to his one of his development tours, I came with multiple questions and was surprised when he answered every one of them and was brutally honest. After a few more months of me attending every event he had wether it was in London or Birmingham I finally jumped onto the university. I have been around him and the team for a good 4-5 months now and so far it has been exceptional the community represents ste as in no bullshit and honesty at all times and it’s great to be around likeminded individuals.

After selling my house in the Channel Islands, I had some money to invest and after speaking to a good friend Aaran Addis he recommended that I speak to Ste Hamilton who owns The Property Circle. Aaran had already invested with Ste.
So on a Wednesday evening I called Ste and we discussed what our plans were. We talked and decided to have a face to face meeting that weekend in Birmingham where he was holding a seminar. That Friday night my Lisa and I took a ferry from Guernsey to Poole, Stayed the evening in a Premier Inn in Poole and travelled up to Birmingham early morning.
We both met Ste that afternoon and we talked about a Joint Venture and within 10 minutes Lisa and I felt more than confident in agreeing to invest with Ste. All the reviews and references I had seen were nothing but positive. By the Tuesday the contract had been drawn up, signed, and monies transferred. Such an easy process.
Throughout the year we were kept updated on progress and not once did we feel we had made a mistake, in fact during the year our relationship with Ste and the awesome team at the Property Circle just grew and grew.
When the venture came to the end, we had no hesitation in signing up for another 2 investments which are on going. I must point out that this was our decision, no hard sell.
Joining up with Ste and The Property Circle is definitely the best decision we have ever made. It has given us the time and opportunity to learn so much about the property world and with hand on heart say the knowledge we have gained by being around the right people has been out of this world.
We have no doubt that we shall carry on joint venturing with Ste and would recommend him and his team to anyone considering Joint Venturing.

I was introduced to Ste Hamilton in April this year by a friend. We met in Manchester for lunch before attending his event, where I signed up for The Property Circle (TPC). Since then, I’ve taken every opportunity to be around Ste and his team, meeting great people along the way. I’m incredibly grateful for everything Ste has and continues to teach me. What you see is exactly what you get. The Earn and Learn programme has been a great success with Ste and the TPC team so far. I’ve regularly visited properties from an active developer who has explained the process from A-Z in depth which highlights the amount of knowledge and experience Ste can offer you. I’ve really enjoyed learning about the process including refurb processes, costs and tips for the future. Also, Ste provides encouragement and motivation throughout the process which helps with your own journey going forwards.
